Hi everyone I must check the date settings next time I use my work camera, but I can confirm the pictures were taken in mid July (it was 30 degrees) not a trace of snow which you'd find in January in the same hills.

Hey guys put your pitchforks back in their holsters. I've left a comment on Frances's Note on this subject.

Zanda. This is my daughter and her boyfriend, we were over in Arran for the day, when we noticed the dog outside the shop where its owner was sitting at the window of the cafe, the dogs name is Coco, she loved the attention. Tommy, I too liked the way I captured the connection between the subjects. Thanks for your comments.

Fits the theme nicely, colourful too!

Nice scene & connection between the subjects.

Nice capture & conversion. Wasn't sure about the square crop but one I liked anyway.

Thanks F & T. Spent about an hour at the airport & this was the only landing I saw (Heathrow it aint). Not entirely happy with it, lacks sharpness & I need practice panning - maybe next time.

Another cracker Thomas. Easily the best photo but was a bit uncertain as to its relation to the theme hence my less than generous score.

Nicely exposed macro.
